4-bedroom 4-bathroom villa with private pool overlooking St Jean Bay.

Located in the hilltop community of Lurin overlooking St. Jean, Lurin 2 invites its guests to retreat into a relaxing atmosphere of Asian-inspired simplicity and the kind of comfort that comes from thoughtful consideration in every aspect of design. A gurgling water-wall fountain sets the tone as you enter the villa, and before you stretches a broad vista of St. Jean Bay and the blue sea beyond. Fully open to the wide teak deck and glistening pool is the loft-like main living area, with comfortable white-upholstered sofas and a sheltered dining table for eight. The adjacent, open kitchen offers the aspiring chef the luxury of top-quality appliances and the pleasure of still being part of the party while preparing a meal.

As you peruse the rooms of Lurin 2, you discover details that reveal a home in which the owners have chosen carefully, with love, each decorative touch and flourish. A painting in deep red adorns the wall by the stairs, and the same red is repeated in three smaller works not far away, and then again by the kitchen in the barstools. Stalks of bamboo, artworks of dried philodendron, and cacti in glass vases bring the serenity of the natural world outside into the homes interior spaces.

The thoughtfulness of Lurin 2s design does not stop at decorations and furnishings. The architectural layout provides privacy without sacrificing convenience. Two of the villas four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath, are located on either side of the main living area, and open directly onto the terrace and magnificent ocean view. The third and fourth bedroom are on a lower level, each with its own bath and private deck.
