Ultra-luxury 6 bedroom villa in prestigious west Marbella's private gated estate.
Newly constructed, Marbella 3 sets new standards of luxury and style. It is set is beautiful landscaped gardens, with many tropical plants, palm trees, fruit trees and flower beds. It is a fully air-conditioned 6-bedroomed property, affording breath-taking views from every room. There are 5 bedrooms in the main villa, which can sleep 12 persons, plus a fully independent luxury duplex apartment which can sleep a further 4.
Walking past the double antique wooden entrance door into the villa you know you have entered a very special property. Immediately, the magnificent living room which is 14 meters long with a feature 6m high wooden beam covered ceiling takes your attention. It is entered via an elevated stone walk-way thus giving the villa a real sense of space and light. You walk past an ultra-modern fully-equipped kitchen, with a large central island unit with seating around, and all finished off with 6cm thick polished stone tops. Several outdoor terraces wrap all around the villa for outside dining, with various seating, tables, loungers, plus a large Jacuzzi. All these terraces give breath-taking views and lead directly off from the main living and dining areas. It is therefore possible to open 6 sets of double doors to open up completely the living and dining areas to create an inside-connected-to-outside-terraces area of over 300 square meters. The formal dining room has a 6m high feature vaulted ceiling, plus private terraces for pre-dinner drinks. Informal and summer dining is on one of the outside terraces which also give panoramic views. It is equipped with a large stainless gas BBQ for lovely summer BBQ parties.
Bedrooms
All six bedrooms are large and luxurious, fully equipped with both air conditioning and handmade teak ceiling fans. They have solid-wooden furniture, and are sympathetically decorated with works of art and ornaments by internationally renowned designers Hamilton Interiors. All of the bedrooms have dressing tables, and comfortable seating. All of the bedrooms and studio enjoy either a private balcony, terrace or both. All the beds have luxury memory-foam mattresses, plus we use the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury quilts and pillows. A wonderful night’s sleep is assured!
The master bedroom suite comes complete with private terrace, contemporary stone and marble finished bathroom, dressing room and an 8-person sauna. All the bedrooms in the villa have similar en-suite bathrooms again finished to the same luxury standards, and all having terraces, balconies and views.
Three bedrooms suites have a separate sofa and armchairs to allow you to work or dine in privacy within the comfort of your room, whilst the rest enjoy armchairs and tables. All five bedrooms have 32" LED HD TV’s with 140 satellite channels
The luxury duplex apartment can sleep 4, with separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, dining tables, living room with 4-metre high feature windows offering panoramic views, and private terrace. One double bed is found on the elevated mezzanine level, whilst a double sofa bed is located within the living area. The living room has also a 32" LED HD TV with 140 satellite channels.
Bathrooms
All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom is spacious and luxurious, and finished with the finest Italian marble, and chrome towel rails, and a range of soft cotton luxury bath and hand towels. Four bathrooms have both large showers, containing both an overhead rain shower as well as a wall shower. They also have sunken double-ended baths for a long relaxing soak. Two bathrooms have large walk-in showers also with both rain and wall showers. There are also two guest toilets, and one guest shower next to the gym. The master bedroom’s bathroom also has a 8 person sauna.
Professional Home Cinema
Gran Hacienda Florentina has a 140 square meter state-of-the-art air-conditioned home cinema. This can seat 15-18 people over three levels, in large comfy sofas. It is equipped with the latest generation of HD projectors, a 4 meter screen, the latest cinema surround sound system, Blu-Ray HD DVD player and satellite TV. And it has a professional movie library. Our home cinema offers you the ultimate movie library containing more than 1500 movies, including every Oscar nominated and winning movies from the last 50 years. Plus almost all in glorious high definition. An evening spent with ice cream and popcorn in here will always be remembered.
Gym, Sports Bar, Night Club and Games Room
This is the ultimate room, and the most used room in the villa. A huge room, air-conditioned throughout, covering one complete floor of the villa. It houses a complete gym with professional equipment including a cross/elliptical training machine, a running/walking machine, and exercise bike, a rowing machine, a full Gold’s multi-gym with over 20 different exercises, a sit-up and exercise bench, exercise/yoga mats, exercise balls, free weights, skipping ropes, a boxing bag and training gloves. It also houses a sports bar with seating for 25 people, a 50†HD TV with Blu-Ray HD DVD player and satellite TV, a darts board, a championship pool table and a table tennis table. Lastly in the evening half of the room turns into a nightclub, complete with full wet bar and two fridges, the latest sound system where you can plug in your MP3, iPhone or iPod. To add the finishing touches there is a full range of professional lighting including ‘beat activated’ laser, strobe, spinning mirror ball and multi-coloured spot lighting to really get your party started.
