Located in a prime central location, is this spacious detached four bedroom villa which makes a fantastic choice for those not wanting to drive on holiday, as all the local amenities, including the beach, are within a comfortable walking distance. Built over 2 levels, the ground floor consists of a large living area with patio doors leading outside, a large modern and fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room.Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is another twin bedroom, a double bedroom and the master bedroom with balcony and a bathroom. The master bedroom offers air-conditioning for your comfort and the remaining bedrooms have fans.

Leading through the patio doors you have an enclosed garden with a stunning freeform pool. Table tennis is available for guests and to the left of the villa is an outdoor cooking station complete with a large brick BBQ and a pizza/bread oven for lazy evenings dining alfresco with family and friends under the stars. Calpe is an easy walk and mainly flat to the town with its blue flag beach and a large supermarket can be reached within a 10 minute walk from the villa.

Location

The Penon de Ifach rock dominates the skyline over the bustling resort of Calpe and is a fabulous landmark overlooking the towns fine sandy beaches below. There is a great balance of tourist attractions and local Valencian charm here, with a chic restaurant-filled harbour, three Blue-Flag beaches and a multitude of shops and bars.
