This superb individual detached villa is located just 400m from the beach in the 'Llenaire' area of Puerto Pollensa. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The villa occupies a large corner plot and offers good privacy having hedging all round the gardens to the side and rear where the swimming pool is also located. It enjoys good views of mountains and the resort.

Changeover Days: Usual day is Saturdays. April - October is fixed, flexible at any other times.
