Description

Kick back in your newfound coastal haven. This is a spacious, four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home with a gorgeous ocean views and can comfortably accommodate eight. Guests can choose to get a good nights sleep in one of the two king-sized beds, the queen, or one of the two twins.

There are two living rooms in the home, one features a television with a DVD player, a CD player, and plenty of seating. Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, including both large and small appliances, and dine as a group at the six-person table with additional seating at the counter. A gas grill is also available for your use. There is also a sitting room that offers a television and a well-stocked bookshelf, as well as a ping pong table in the garage. There is plenty of storage for your beach gear in the two car garage and additional space near the outdoor shower.

Bask in the sun on the spacious wrap-around porch, or take the short walk to the new boardwalk that was just building right across the street and splash in the surf. This home includes free WIFI but is not pet friendly. Please note that there is a maximum of 4 cars allowed at this home.

Amenity/Guest cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants and the two championship golf courses. Amenity cards are $50 weekly from Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 weekly during the rest of the year, due to limited seasonal hours at these facilities.

When booking this home guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like the Kazoo Factory, the Escape Room and a free kayak rental.

Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
