Part of the exclusive Melograno Villa complex, is this stunning, brand new property that is able to sleep up to 10 guests in stylish interiors (fully air-conditioned) surrounded by extensive gardens with a private pool. Extremely well located close to the seaside resorts of Kalamaki and Laganas, yet just a short transfer away from the airport, this property has all the ingredients to impress for its quality and unbeatable value for money.

Inside, the villa is modern, airy and welcoming, with top of the range appliances and furniture. It is for sure the ideal home away from home for a summer holiday. The villa is set over 2 floors, connected via an internal staircase, and the whole villa is air-conditioned. The stylish lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV dining table and kitchen area. The kitchen has high quality furnishing and marble surfaces. On the ground floor there is also a spacious twin bedroom (with doors opening to the garden as well as TV), a room/bedroom with a double sofa bed that can be used to increase the capacity of the villa up to 10 guests and a family shower room. On the upper floor there are 3 further beautifully furnished bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), all with TV and direct access to spacious terraces together with 2 family shower rooms (including one with double sink).

Outside, the villa has delightfully pretty terraces, gardens with lawn and a generously sized private pool. Attracting sun all day and beautifully lit at night, the pool measures 8m x 5m (depth 1.4m) and is mosaic-tiled. 8 comfortable sunbeds are provided, together with plenty of sun shades for the hottest hours of the day. A large, shaded barbecue area together with a dining table are available for the guests to enjoy delicious poolside meals.
