Modern, stylish, sophisticated and uniquely located, this is a brand new 3-bedroomed property with a private pool and stunning sea views located just above the famous beach resort of Limni Keri. Offering an incredible mix of space, air, views and high value for money for up to 8 guests, it is definitely a holiday home not to be missed. The property is fully air-conditioned and provided with an inviting private swimming pool, perfect for refreshing after long hours under the shining Greek sun or a day on the sandy beach.

Inside, the villa has been modernly finished to provide a superior holiday experience. The property is set over 3 floors, with the main entrance located on the middle floor. The middle floor houses the main living area with a beautifully decorated lounge (2 sofa beds, satellite TV, wi-fi free internet, large patio doors leading to large sea-facing balconies), a fully equipped kitchen (purposely built for this villa and fitted with all the most useful appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc), and a WC. On the upper floor, the master bedroom suite has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and private terraces overlooking the pool, the gardens and the sea. The 2 further bedrooms are located on the lower floor. They are respectively a double and a twin, both opening straight to the garden /pool area. The double bedroom has its own shower room while the twin bedroom has its en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A useful laundry area is also located on this floor. All the interiors, including the common areas, are air-conditioned.

The manicured gardens with a private swimming pool are a perfect place to relax and unwind, miles away from the daily routine. The large private pool measures 8m x 4m (depth 1.5m) and is lit at night. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided, together with barbecue and outdoor dining facilities. Dining with the views of the sunset over Keri peninsula and the island of Marathonisi will be a truly memorable experience! This is what makes this villa so special: an atmosphere that only Greece can offer, combined with one of the most unique locations of the island.
