This villa is one of those fine gems very difficult to find. Perfect for a romantic family or a small family, the villa can sleep up to 5 guests in welcoming interiors and offers breathtaking views over the blue Ionian Sea. The sought after and unspoilt beach resort of Keri is just 5 minutes drive away and all the beautiful beaches and villages of Zante are within easy reach. With the added bonus of a private swimming pool, well tendered gardens with barbecue, lawn and palm trees, Villa Keri dream is a property not to be missed, able to offer a truly unforgettable holiday experience in a virtually unique location on the island.

Inside, the villa is fresh, modern and fully air-conditioned both in the common areas and in the bedrooms. The upper floor houses the main living area with a beautifully decorated lounge (sofa, single sofa bed, satellite TV, wi-fi free internet, large patio doors leading to sea facing balconies), a fully equipped kitchen (purposely built for this villa and fitted with all the most modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc), and a useful WC. The terraces offer breathtaking views over the sea, the pool and the garden for endless relaxation while enjoying the scented Mediterranean breeze. The bedrooms are located on the lower floor and are respectively a double and a twin (each provided with a TV), opening straight to the garden / pool area. The double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower while the twin bedroom is located next to a dedicated bathroom with bathtub. During the building of the property, just completed, particular emphasis has been given to the space of the interiors, the comfort and the quality of the furnishing to offer a superior holiday experience even to the most demanding guests.

The outdoor areas are the perfect place to relax and enjoy all the warm sun of Zante. The inviting private swimming pool measures 8m x 4m (depth 1.5m) and is surrounded by extensive paved terraces perfect for sunbathing. The pool is also well lit at night, providing a truly unique effect: sitting by the poolside while enjoying the lights of Keri, the sunset and the island of Marathonisi in the distance will be truly unforgettable. Comfortable sunbeds, parasols and dining facilities (including barbecue) are provided.
