Typical Florida rental
We have rented many villas around this area and this is a typical Florida rental house. The house is a little tired in places and could do with some routine maintenance. However the beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. It's in a development very close to Disney etc which is definitely a plus. The pool heating worked well..we were there in January during a cold snap...so overall a property with a lot of good points.
