1 mile to Disney World property, 4 master suites, gated resort community, South facing pool gets sun exposure all day!!! Bedroom 1 has a King bed and direct access to the pool/spa area. Bedroom 2 has a set of Twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a King size bed. All bedrooms in this luxury vacation home next to Disney will have an LCD TV with DVD! The features free local & long distance (US) calling. The comfortable living room has a Plasma TV and a view of the pool area, great for kicking back after a long day at the parks! The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and there is plenty of seating for a party size of 10 guests. The south-facing pool and spa area get sun exposure all day, has a covered lanai with two ceiling fans to escape the heat and a table, chairs, and sun loungers. There is an open grassy area behind the home for children to run and play. One of the community playgrounds is approximately 50 yards away just beyond the homes seen in the back of the house. The game room is perfect entertainment when not at the theme parks and has a pool table, air hockey, foosball, flat-screen TV, table, and chairs.
