Emerald Island is one of Orlando’s most naturally beautiful resorts. Surrounded by acres of scenic landscape and with a picturesque woodland located at its heart, it certainly lives up to its name. The resort’s huge heated swimming pool is the main hub of community activity. Around the pool is a large sun patio complete with luxury sunloungers and a poolside Tiki bar. A grand clubhouse overlooks the pool deck, and offers something for everyone including a sauna, a gaming arcade and a gym. There’s also a sundry shop, an internet cafe and meeting rooms. Adjacent to the clubhouse is a trail for walking, jogging or biking, which winds through the community’s natural woodland setting.
