The breathtaking grandeur of this Breckenridge estate will leave guests wondering if they have booked a private rental home or an elegant lodge resort. Featuring an expansive great room, a luxurious home theater, 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and lavish accommodations for up to 20 guests.

Exposed wood beams accentuate the great rooms high, vaulted ceilings, and natural light fills the room through floor-to-ceiling French provincial windows. Plush sofas and furnishings offer guests plenty of space to relax in front of the massive stone-encased gas fireplace, and the Steinway & Sons baby grand piano sits ready for the musicians in your group to entertain. The open floor plan allows for a seamless flow throughout the main living space. The chefs kitchen is spacious and perfectly equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for a large group, including a large Wolf gas range, dual ovens, a fully integrated refrigerator, and two sinks. This area boasts two islands, one primarily for food prep and the other primarily serving as a breakfast bar/seating area. The beautiful dining room presents a large dining table and seating for 10 guests.

Five of the homes bedrooms are located on the main living level, including 2 king bed guest rooms and one queen bed guest room, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom boasts 2 queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The final bedroom on this floor is the exquisite master suite which showcases large transom windows along 2 walls, a plush king bed, a sitting area with 2 upholstered armchairs, and a gas fireplace with a large flat-screen television mounted above. Guests in this suite will undoubtedly love the spacious en-suite private bath with dual granite vanities, a steam shower, and a soaking tub.

Entertainment options abound in this massive Breckenridge home. Enjoy a game of pool in the main-level billiards room, send the kids to play Xbox or board games in the game room, or gather the group and head down to the spacious home theater for a cozy movie night in. Just outside the theater is a wet bar area with a popcorn machine and lots of counter space for favorite movie candies! This level also features a guest bedroom that is perfect for the younger guests in your group, offering two queen beds, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a shared bathroom with a steam shower. Just outside is the home is bubbling hot tub, perfect place to relax your muscles and warm up after a long day in the Colorado cold. Enjoy the large gas grill and bar stool seating around the hot tub.

Guests in this property will enjoy easy access to all that Breckenridge has to offer with the use of the free and private VIP Ski Shuttle, featuring door-to-door service to anywhere within 5 miles of downtown Breck. Complimentary Private shuttle service from 7:30 am–5:30 pm within 5 miles of Breckenridge between November 1 – April 30
