The recently refurbished property is built on the site of an 18th century battlement and the historical floors and walls have been lovingly restored. The villa boasts a 55’ walk-in salt water infinity pool with commanding sea views and vantages of Rodney Bay and neighbouring Martinique, and there is over 3,000 sq feet of outdoor space for sunning, dining and lounging, all with beautiful views. All 4 air-conditioned bedrooms feature window walls in two directions, canopied king-sized beds, en suite bathrooms with double vanities and rain showers, and a private deck. And all bedrooms enjoy views that are equally spectacular in the bright light of day and the starlight of night. The living area is spacious, open and comfortable, suffused with light and taking advantage of the many vistas afforded by this hilltop retreat. The kitchen is state of the art and a chef or hobby cook’s dream, and opens out to the dining area with 180 degree views framed by the soaring cathedral ceiling. One of the best features of the villa is its extensive gardens, ranging from the manicured croquet lawn, to the fruit and vegetable farm, and lush foliage along its nature trail.
