This six-bedroom home is located in the Barranca neighborhood of the renowned Casa de Campo Resort. Upon entering the property you are greeted by an impressive lobby area with an ornate chandelier and two grand staircases leading up to the second floor of the home. Pass between these and you will enter a cosy open-plan living area which leads through to a formal dining area to one side, and another lounge area to the other. All three rooms have access to the villa’s veranda which offers an alfresco dining area and comes equipped with ceiling fans to cool off from the Caribbean heat. From the veranda, descend onto the terrace where you will find a poolside gazebo with a wet bar that sits beside sunloungers and an outdoor lounge area. The swimming pool is accessible via steps, and also features a heated spillover spa. The Casa de Campo resort features 7,000 acres of upscale vacation homes, an impressive Marina, an artisan village, a la carte restaurants and a private beach. For those looking for an active holiday, there's plenty of choice with world-renowned golf courses, a tennis center, polo fields, an equestrian center, a water sports facility and a fitness center. The resort is located in the South-East of the Dominican Republic next to the lively city of La Romana and just 70 miles from the capital of Santo Domingo.
