Outdoors

You will plenty of activities and games on the back patio as well as palm trees, and desert hardscape surrounding the heated salt-water pool & spa. Get some putting practice in or challenge your friends and family on the 3-hole putting green. The pool has a tanning shelf, a waterfall spillway from the spa, and a sparkling mid-pool waterfall. There is a built-in fire pit on natural gas, with raised, circular seating plus cushions for everyone to enjoy. The built-in gas BBQ is set into a countertop prep area with extra side burners and a refrigerator. Large outdoor table with seating for 8, plus a smaller table with seating for 4. Covered conversation area with seating for 5. Even the side yard is special with more seating, a shuffleboard that converts to a dining table for 7-12, a foosball table, and an outdoor fireplace. The front courtyard has seating for at least 6. The landscaping showcases mature palm trees and citrus.

The great room features a big screen 55-inch HDTV with the ultimate TV package including NFL RedZone, movie channels, and a Blu-Ray player, gas fireplace, comfy seating, and bright pool views, and Queen sofa sleeper.
