This architecturally stunning 5/6-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa sits on a landscaped rise, overlooking a quiet corner in the Carribean sea. Upon entering the property, the courtyard is surrounded by numerous contemporary lounge areas and palm trees dotted around the entrance to the villa. Inside, you can find an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and floor to ceiling windows exhibiting the panoramic views. Outside you can find a private pool, jacuzzi and covered verandah with an alfresco dining area. Other highlights include a roof deck, perfect for viewing the stars on a clear night. Located just a 2-minute walk away is the secluded sandy beach, Pelican Bay. Guests will benefit from a welcome package along with housekeeping services 6 days a week. As a result of the ongoing situation regarding Covid-19, an entry fee is currently required for guests traveling to Anguilla, this fee will be automatically applied to your booking. This fee covers two (2) tests per person, surveillance and costs associated with the additional public health presence.
