This 400-acre mountaintop ranch is a one-of-a-kind retreat for those looking for a tranquil getaway. This home can comfortably accommodate ten guests in its four-bedroom, three-bath space, with enough room to allow for two or more guests in the additional Guest Suite, found on the lower level. This suite can be booked at an additional nightly rate. Please inquire if you would like to book the Guest Suite.
With miles of trails and a river on the property, the ranch is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The river is suitable for both swimming and fishing. Anglers can expect to catch Rainbow Trout and Smallmouth Bass, among other freshwater fish, on this picturesque section of the Cowpasture River.
Guests can choose to sleep in one of several available bedrooms in the Main House:
Main Floor: The master king-sized suite with a television with home theater, an en-suite spectacular bathroom, deck access, and with mini-fridge and wet bar. The master bathroom has his-and-her access to a large walk-in shower, a bidet, and many more amenities. There is also a queen-sized bedroom on this floor. There is an additional full bathroom in the hall for this bedroom.
Upstairs: Third bedroom with two twin beds and a set of bunk beds & a fourth bedroom with a king-sized bed. There is a full size hall bathroom for these two bedrooms upstairs.
Add on: The Guest Suite offers a king-sized bed, a full kitchen, television and full bath on the terrace level.
The spacious living room is furnished with a flat-screen television, a stone-stacked fireplace, and a large half-moon-style sectional sofa. The room's vaulted ceiling and exposed beams create a rustic atmosphere. The very well-equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances which include an indoor grill, ideal for preparing freshly charred entrees. Should you prefer to grill outdoors, the Ranch has a gas grill on the porch, along with an outdoor dining table for four and extra seating for eight.
Guests can enjoy some friendly competition in the game room, which features pool and air hockey tables. The backyard, with its in-ground seasonal pool and spacious deck is the ideal place to relax and admire the secluded mountain view. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day depending on the weather.
We encourage you to bring your four-legged friend, as dogs are accommodated for an additional fee of $100.
Please note the use of motorized all-terrain vehicles is not permitted on this property.
