Laguna Village is a brand new subdivision located just 5 minutes from Schlitterbahn, the beach and North Padre Island. This home is right on the water and comes with a private boat slip and a communal dock. This 3 bedroom 2 bath is spacious and has wonderful views from the deck of the home. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second room a King and the bunk room has 1 set of full over full bunk beds. This is one of few rental homes on the water in all of North Padre and Port Aransas. After a long day of fishing stop by Gully's bar located right next door for a cool drink and a game of pool. There is also a wonderful restaurant on the marina located just 3 minutes away.
