Bask in the panoramic views and ocean air of Harbor Island from this charming 1-bedroom condo, located a boardwalk stroll from the beach.

The condo can accommodate two guests, making it an ideal escape for couples. This sunny ground-floor unit opens onto a light-filled living area, warmly decorated with a sectional sofa and twin mid-century club chairs framing a modern glass coffee table and wall-mounted TV. Just beyond, a glass dining table seats two guests for dinners home-cooked in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring hardwood floors, wood cabinets and stainless steel counters. There is also an additional powder room.

After a day at the beach, retreat to the private bedroom, where a king-sized bed and wall-paneled cable TV invite relaxation. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with hardwood floors and a spacious step-in shower. On cool evenings, step through sliding glass doors from the bedroom to enjoy a drink on the private deck.

A separate deck off the living area, furnished with a stylish sitting area, leads to a private white-sand beach with sweeping marsh views. A boardwalk leads to the ocean for easy access to swimming, shell hunting and dolphin watching.

As a guest of the Cedar Beach Villa condo complex, you will enjoy access to outdoor common areas with two charcoal grills for summer barbecues and two seasonal swimming pools.

You will also have access to the Harbor Island Beach & Racquet Club, which features an Olympic-sized pool overlooking the marshes of the Harbor River, a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and shuffleboard. Please be advised that all guests are required to have a car pass in order to access the island. Harbor Island charges for car passes onto the island. 1 car pass is included with a 7-night rental. Car passes for stays shorter than 7 nights and additional weekly car passes must be obtained at an additional cost. Car passes must be purchased through Natural Retreats in advance of your stay. This home has parking available for up to 1 vehicles.

If you seek a tranquil retreat away from the crowds for solo rejuvenation or a romantic getaway, this home provides an ideal escape steeped in nature and beachfront ambiance without sacrificing condo amenities. For adventures beyond the gated Harbor Island community, take advantage of on-site parking to explore beach horseback riding, kayaking and even a drive-in movie theater.

When booking this home guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like the Kazoo Factory, the Escape Room and a free kayak rental.  

Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
