Villa Manis is a vast eight-bedroom home built on 3,600sqm of land offering rice-field and sea views, just a ten-minute stroll from the beach in popular Canggu. Its well designed with multiple relaxation areas - both air-conditioned and open-air, indoor and alfresco dining, a spa, gym, jacuzzi, media room, 17-metre main pool and 6-metre kids pool. Fully staffed by a dedicated team that includes manager, 24-hour security, housekeeping, driver and private chef, and loaded with facilities, this is a great location for large groups and families as well as for weddings and other special events.

Villa Manis is located on the coastal boundary of south-west Balis greenbelt in the village of Pererenan, near Canggu, just 11km from the cosmopolitan glamour of Seminyak. There are no shops, boutiques or bustling restaurants to be found in this locale, just rice fields and farmers, sea, sunshine, and picture-postcard sunsets. This is a place to enjoy the beauty of the countryside, engage with the local people and gain privileged insights into the rhythms and general buzz of daily Balinese life. Here, traditional dwellings rub shoulders with a handful of luxury holiday homes, crops are planted and harvested, ritual music is carried on the breeze and temple ceremonies are commonplace. A 700m stroll will bring you to the rugged Pererenan Beach, which is well-known among surfers for its powerful breaks; here you will find a couple of cafes that serve simple food and offer great sunset views. The villas car and driver will be pleased to escort you. Alternatively, you can take a short walk along the sand to the cafes and surfer hangouts of Echo Beach.

The rugged Pererenan surf beach is less than a kilometre from the villa; here you will find a couple of cafes that serve simple food and offer great sunset views. Less than half an hour away - and easily accessible thanks to the villa's complimentary car and driver - are the many restaurants, bars, boutiques, clubs and cafes of chic Seminyak.
