Description

A delightfully pretty and welcoming villa with a private pool ideally located in the small village of Neo Chorio, near Chania, just a short drive away from beautiful sandy beaches and historical sites. Sleeping up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, this villa is set to impress for its charm, space and unbeatable value for money.

Built in traditional local stone and beautifully decorated, the home is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room (including a large flat-screen tv) with adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining area. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where a pleasantly furnished landing area leads to the 3 further bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) and to the family bathroom with bathtub and shower over. Spacious terraces provide beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.

Outside, the villa enjoys extensive private areas with paved terraces, gardens with lemon trees, shrubs, flowers as well as a fantastic newly added private swimming pool. The private pool measures 6m x 3m and depth is 1.3m . Sunbeds are provided. For the lovers of alfresco dining, barbecue and outdoor dining areas are available.
