- No smoking inside or outside the property. A $1,500 penalty fee will be charged for any smoking violations.
- Do not pull the fire alarm unnecessarily, as guests will be responsible for the cost of the fire department's visit.
- No washcloths are provided for health reasons.
- Guests do not have access to the resort's amenities, except for the restaurants.
- A guest list is required for each confirmed booking.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating and BBQ grill must be requested in advance. Setup fees apply.
- The pool and spa share the same temperature; it is not a jacuzzi with independent temperature control.
- Some TVs do not have cable but are smart TVs, available in the Harry Potter room, Transformers room, Entertainment Room (Second Floor/Star Wars), and Pool Area.

- Driveway parking is available for up to 5 cars. Street parking is not permitted.

AMAZING!!!! This house is worth every penny. Plenty of room for larger families. Tons of setting in the dinner/ kitchen area. It was so nice to have everyone in there helping cooking. The outside setting area and pool area is beautiful. Plenty of parking space. The kids and adults enjoyed the video games. We made some great memories during our stay.
