There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway and one in the garage. The first floor hosts a mudroom, perfect for unloading ski gear after a day on the slopes, and a private den with a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.

The second floor is the main level beginning with a combined kitchen and living area and balcony. There is a fireplace and large, flat-screen TV to hang out and relax on cozy nights. The kitchen features designer cabinetry, sophisticated marble backsplash and countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table can seat 8 for a meal, with extra seating at the island. There is a laundry room and one king bedroom down the hall with a private bathroom featuring double vanities and a walk-in shower.
