You will receive details of how to access your vacation rental once your booking is confirmed. This information is generally sent in your villa information pack 7–14 days before your arrival.

Most of our vacation rentals have a digital lock so you can go directly from the airport to your villa. In this case a four-digit entry code will be sent to you with your travel documents.

If you need to pick up a key, the collection point will typically be at the villa. However, these collection points can vary depending on the destination and the type of accommodation you're traveling to.

In the unlikely event that you have any trouble unlocking your vacation home, you can contact your local representative using the contact details included in your villa information pack.
