On low tide Manatees enjoy passing right under your dock, if your lucky they may stop for a drink of fresh water, turn the hose on if you see them! Dolphin pods are common as well as tarpin and you may even catch a glimpse of a Manta Ray jumping out of the water. With a view of the intra-coastal enjoy watching cigarette speed boats, sailboats, and yachts as they make their way through the waterway.

Boating

100\' of waterfront property. There is a brand new aluminum High Tide elevator style boatlift (15000 lb capacity) available if you wish to rent a boat. Boat rental is only a 5 minute drive.
