How long have we been established?
We have been established in the villa rental industry since 1995. Our first villa rental business started in Orlando, Florida.
Do we own all of the villas listed on The Top Villas?
No, we do not own any of the villas listed on The Top Villas. We simply provide you with a great service to find and book your perfect vacation villa.
Is the villa I see on the website the one I will get?
Yes, unlike other vacation rental websites, the villa you see on our website is the one you get. All of our villas are accurately represented by our detailed descriptions and photographs.
How do I book a villa?
When you find your perfect villa you wish to book, please contact us by email or call one of our villa experts. We will take you through our simple booking process.
How much is the deposit to reserve a villa?
The booking deposit is 20% of the total rental cost, unless otherwise stated.
Where do I collect the keys to the villa?
All of our villas have a digital lock. A four digit entrance code will be sent to you once we receive payment of the final balance. You can go direct from the airport to your villa.
Do you send us a booking contract?
Yes, an electronic online booking contract is sent to you by email at the time of booking.
When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due 12 weeks prior to your departure. A reminder will be sent to you by email at this time.
Are credit cards accepted?
We do accept all major credit cards including American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Do you take a damage security deposit?
Yes, a damage security deposit of $300 is required with the full balance payment, unless otherwise stated. This is refunded to you after your stay, once the management company clears the home.
What time is the check in and check out time?
The check in time is 4pm or after. The check out time is 10am or sooner. An early check in or late check out can be arranged with us prior to your stay.
Is there a local contact if I have any problems or issues?
Yes, all of our homes are professional managed by local management companies.
Are pets allowed in the villa?
No, although The Top Villas love pets, we cannot allow them in any of our villas.
Are all linens and towels provided?
Yes, all linens and towels are provided. There are no beach towels.
Are hairdryers provided?
Yes, hairdryers are provided in all of our villas.
Is a housekeeping service provided?
A housekeeping service can be provided, however there is an additional cost, unless otherwise stated.
Are irons and ironing boards provided?
Yes, irons and ironing boards are provided in all of our villas.
