General

• Family Room - A large informal sitting area with a stunning high ceiling which is open to the kitchen and nook. This is the ideal area to relax and watch TV or a DVD with the rest of the family. 
  
• Kitchen - Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, side by side fridge freezer with built in ice-maker, kettle, telephone and other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.
  
• Nook - Leading off from the kitchen an informal dining area with a table and 6 chairs. From the nook area you exit through patio doors that lead to the covered lanai and pool area.
  
• Lounge - A quiet area of two settees for reading or a quiet cup of coffee
  
• Dining Room - Located just off the lounge area our formal dining room contains a beautiful table with seating space for 10 people.
  
• Laundry Room - Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
  
• Games Room - To keep you entertained we have located a games room in the garage area and this contains a table and bar stools for your drinks, pool table, air-hockey, foosball/table soccer and darts.
  

Exterior

• Swimming Pool Area - The outside area is not overlooked at the rear by any other villa and looks out over a lake and a conservation area. There is a 30 x 15 feet swimming pool that can be heated if required and there is a spill over hot tub. The pool has a safety fence for the protection of younger children. The deck area has been extended to 40 x 30 feet to offer ample sunbathing space, with 8 chairs and two tables for that cool drink or meal outside and 6 sun loungers. A lanai (porch) measuring 40 x 10 feet offers a welcome shade area for those who do not want to spend all their time under the sun. All in all the back of the house has a 1600 sq ft area that offers all the amenities to swim, play and relax. The complete area is screened for your protection against the Florida insects. A gas barbeque is also available if requested at the time of booking.
