• POOL & SPA AREA The extra large south facing pool deck/ patio has an extended lanai with three large ceiling fans with attatched lights. Beneath each fan is a table with four chairs enabling all guests to comfortably take advantage of a cool shaded area during the day or eat alfresco in the evening. There are also seven poolside sun loungers and a gas BBQ can be hired by the management company.The large pool can be heated if required as can the jacuzzi spill over tub. The complete pool deck area is screened and overlooks an extensive grassed area to the rear of the property.The pool has a romovable safety fence for the protection of young children.
