Best Vacation....house just as listed, excellent condition, great convenient location, management company was great to work with, deposit returned without having to call and ask for. Now considering buying house in the area for retirement........You will not be disappointed if you rent this house. My only complaint would be.....the extra fee for using the grill I would definitely book through Top Villa again for future rentals as well. The gentleman who checked us in/out was great !

Fantastic Florida !
We had a great time and everything was so nice. What a great view we got to wake up to every morning from the pool area. The folders in the entrance with the recommendations on local attractions and restaurants helped us out a lot. The week went by too fast so we will be back for a month next time!

Amazing Villa
This villa is absolutely outstanding. We had nine glorious nights in the villa in Sept 2013 and enjoyed every second. The villa is decorated to a very high standard and has a high level of cleanliness to match. The pool area is beautiful and overall we were thrilled with the quality and standard. We are very fussy about where we stay on holiday as we like luxury villas. Cape Coral 53 far surpassed our expectations. It is a dream villa. The only advice that we would give is to carry a torch if you are arriving late at night. We arrived after dark and found it difficult to see to unlock the villa. We used the light from our cell phones eventually. Once you are in, the villa has outside lighting which can be turned on. Top Villas were easy to book with, friendly and helpful. Cape Coral itself is lovely. We had a fantastic holiday and 25th wedding anniversary celebration. L and G from England
