City wildlife
You don’t even have to leave the city to see the wildlife!  Cape Coral is home to the Burrowing Owl.  These strange little creatures are everywhere but they don’t live in the trees.  They make their homes below ground burrowing in front yards and even parking lots!

If you love marine life you won’t have to go far to see dolphins and manatees in the waters off Cape Coral.
