Orlando really does have an amazing array of attractions for all age groups. There’s the obvious theme parks lead by DisneyWorld and closely followed by Universal Studios, WaterWorld, LegoLand, GatorWorld and many more including cool water parks. There are golf courses galore both at Disney, in resort and in the surroundings areas; and even miniature golf courses for family fun.
On top of all of this there are nature conserves and beaches within an hours drive. If you have kids – big kids – still looking for some thrills you might want to try the nearby Revolution Off Road attraction.
Just 35 minutes from Orlando and your luxury villa, you’ll find Revolution Off Road on State Road at Clermont.
ATVs (Quad bikes)
There are lots of different terrains where drivers can take these vehicles including flat surfaces for beginners and rough terrain for the more advanced. Drivers must be 16 years old and passengers 10 years.
To get control of one of these beauties visitors must hold a full driver’s licence. You could take the easy way out and be driven around the 2 mile course with an experienced driver of course.
Here’s something new. These 6 or 8 wheel vehicles are amphidians. They’ll take you over land and water and are really good fun. Drivers must hold a full driver’s licence and be over 18. Great for spotting wildlife from the lake.
4 x 4s
Great off-roading experience full of thrills in the 4 x 4s. Up hills, man-made steps, through water – you’ll have great fun. Once again drivers must be 18+ and hold a full driver’s licence. Passengers of 10 and more can ride too as long as they fit into the seat belts safely.
All drivers are taken through safety precautions and training for their chosen vehicle first.
For those who want other challenges, you can also go fishing on the lake or take part in the park’s brand new 3D archery.
