The villa lies among the surrounding hills and it dominates the valley welcoming Minori town. The Villa is directly reachable by car from the main road, where opens itself the gate which gives access to the Villa. From the gate a short route that slopes downwards directly leads to the Villa entrance. This Villa disposes of several outdoor parking places and a garage. The villa rises on a surface of 10.000 square meters and it is embellished by several external spaces, distributed in terraces, terrace garden, an external games area for children, swimming pool with the annexed solarium space.

On the lower terrace of the property is located the swimming pool (18 meters x 6 meters x 270 meters of depth) provided of solarium area, external shower and bathroom on duty.

The wonderful equipped patio (about 25 square meters), completed by a terrace (about 16 square meters) directly overlooking the pool, welcomes the entrance of the villa which is distributed on two levels.

The upper floor of the Villa hosts the night area composed of 3 double bedrooms, 1 small bedroom with twin bed sofa, 1 large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Three bedrooms are provided of balconies opening on the wonderful and very panoramic terrace of about 50 square meters, from which the look can enjoy the magic fusion between the colors of the azure sky and the blue sea.
The upper floor of the Villa welcomes a pretty and bright dependence too that is accessible both from the first floor of the villa and from an independent and eternal access.
A small equipped terrace introduces to the dependence composed of 1 double bedroom, lighted up by a large panoramic window, and 1 shower bathroom en suite.
The dependence is provided of air conditioning system.
