The charming Villa, located in Vettica, a small village at only 3 Kilometres from the Amalfi centre, is simply reachable from the main road SS 163 by climbing 116 steps, leading to the very panoramic and quiet Villa, surrounded by the green Mediterranean vegetation.

This beautiful villa has an habitable surface of about 300 square metres, distributed on three levels connected by external staircases and boasts wonderful outdoor equipped spaces (about 700 square metres) welcoming terraces and gardens.
Crossing the Villa's gate, which opens into a well kept equipped garden, is immediately possible to enjoy the extensive view of the sea and the coast, that make the Villa an exceptional residence.The elegant and fine Villa is furnished with precious ceramic and wrought iron pieces and with modern/ancient design furniture.

First Level: from the entrance gate, by crossing the wonderful equipped terrace with panoramic view, 12 stairs lead to the beautiful Dependence composed of a foyer, furnished with wicker armchairs and table, a living/dining room with table, chairs and kitchen cupboard, a double bedroom en suite with shower bathroom, a second double bedroom en suite with shower bathroom and with a balcony opening on the ancient well of the 12th century.

Second Level: 30 external steps lead to the upper level, where opens itself the main floor of the Villa, surrounded by a wonderful terrace, equipped with garden furniture, outdoor shower (hot and cold water), ancient well, welcoming the two entrances of the Villa. This floor welcomes 1 office, 2 double bedrooms, a shower/sauna bathroom, lounge with a double bed sofa, lighted up by a balcony opening on the beautiful panoramic terrace of about 30 square metres, a third double bedroom overlooking the sea, a corridor equipped with beautiful cupboards with gold trim sizes, where there is the second bathroom with idro massage bathtub, 1 large completely equipped kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, oven, freezer, fridge, cooking plate with 5 stoves, microwave oven) furnished with a splendid fireplace.

Third Level: an outdoor staircase leads to the Villa's upper floor with external shower bathroom and laundry area (n.2 washing machines, laundry, drying rack); few steps lead to the solarium terrace (suspended between the sea and the rocky cost with the ancient Saint. Rosa Monastery), equipped with sun beds, outdoor shower, table, chairs and embellished with a characteristic brick bench. From the terrace by descending few steps there is the access to the Attic composed of living room with one place bed sofa, table, kitchen cupboard and fridge, 1 double bedroom, 1 shower bathroom.
All the bedrooms of the Villa are distributed to guarantee to the guests absolute privacy.

This amazing villa is provided of all the modern comforts (satellite TV in every room, hair dryer in every bathroom, air conditioning, heating system, emergency lights, mosquito nets, telephone room connection, internet access, CD player, video entry phone), of hoist carrying service and reserved parking.
The guests can have the use of the beach and the swimming pool of the Grand Hotel "Il Saraceno", provided of elevator, situated at 300 metres from the Villa. This service has to be, eventually, booked at the same time of the Villa's booking for a minimum period of one week at the price of daily euro 15,00 for person.
Situated at few steps from the renowned "Al Pesce d'Oro" Restaurant where the guests can enjoy the dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine and possibly take advantage of the delivery service.
The nearby coastal resorts such as Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Praiano are simply reachable by car or by using the public transport service SITA (the bus stop is located on the SS163 just after the stairs that lead to the Villa).
