Despite its country location, the villages of Opio and Le Rouret are just round the corner, the nearest restaurant is less than a mile away and the wonderful town of Valbonne, with its arcaded square, pedestrianised streets full of artisan shops and great selection of restaurants is just 10 minutes drive. The coast is not far away from this villa, with a choice of sandy beaches from Antibes to Cannes.
